Trusted Business Advisor
This article is reminds me of why I chose to join Jones & Roth 18 years ago. As I researched CPA firms, I consistently heard stories about the positive impact J&R made on people - from clients, employees and ex-employees. For two years, I hounded the firm administrator to get an opportunity to work at J&R because their approach to building relationships resonated with me.
I am happy to say I stay at Jones & Roth for the same reason. I have been lucky to work with shareholders and managers who showed me how to become a Trusted Business Advisor. I have worked with wonderful clients as a partner to help them reach their business and personal goals. I am invested in their success and value the opportunity to be able to help them along the way.
I love my job because I am able to create these relationships. Tax returns and financial statements are necessary and can be fun, challenging work. But, seeing a client improve, change and grow is what motivates me every day.
